All Sales of Bags, Jewelry and Accessories are Final.

All shoes and clothes must be returned within 72hrs, unused and with all REBOUND JUNKIE tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Your purchase should be sent back to us within 72hours of signature, returns outside of this period are accepted at discretion of ReboundJunkie.com

Returns must be packaged in the ReboundJunkie.com box. Returns must be sent via Fed Ex, UPS. We recommend you getting insurance on your item upon return. Rebound Junkie is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package item as it was sent to you, packages that are damaged will not be accepted. Once your package is received please allow 7 business days to be issued a refund (if applicable).

In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, ReboundJunkie.com reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (Unless item is dysfunctional)
